Tips for creating a Cleaning Service Invoice:
- Include your company name and contact address:
At the top of the invoice, you need to include your company name with trademark, registration number and the contact info i.e. street address, email and phone number.
- Include the dates and reference numbers:
Second important thing in such invoice is that you mention the dates clearly along with the references numbers. This includes the date on which the client contacted you, the date on which you started working, the date on which you completed the work and the reference number of the invoice.
- Mention the services in detail:
In this section, you need to mention each and every cleaning service you provided to the client.
- Clearly mention and underline the overdue payment:
Once you include the services, here you will include the charges for each of the above mentioned services along with total amount owed by the client.
- Mention the due date for the payment:
At the end of the invoice, you should include a statement that indicates the due date for the payment along with the method of the payment and close it with your signature and full name.
